1. To check availability or make a booking call us at 732-217-3292 or send us an e-mail to camille@greenridgefalls.com with the following information:
- Name, address and phone number
- Dates you would like to arrive and depart
- The number of people in your party (the ages of children if any)
*If you email us a representative will then call you to confirm your information.
2. We will send you the rental agreement, ask you to read it carefully, complete the designated areas and sign it. You have 4 days to return it to us along with your $300 deposit and partial/full payment, depending on how close it is to the actual rental date.
Credit cards are accepted.
3. After we receive the signed agreement, along with your deposit/payments, we will secure the booking and provide you with a confirmation letter. The final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payment includes the amount of the rental, the cleaning fee, optional fees and tax.
4. When the final rental payment has been received we will send you the directions to the house and the lock box code.
5. After you depart, our property manager and cleaning service will inspect the home and notify me that everything has been left in proper order. Once the inspection has been passed your initial deposit will be returned to you within seven days of your departure.
Please Note: We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
